CTR Holding Assets GmbH, based in Austria, operates fully furnished and equipped apartments for rent in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovakia under the umbrella brand CTR Rental Apartments. Since the apartments are equipped with everything needed, our clients can start living immediately. At the end of 2021, Viktoria Apartments became another project that is part of CTR Rental Apartments.

Opposite one of the most famous landmarks, right in the center of Dresden, you can find the Residenz am Zwinger.
