Each apartment has custom-made furniture made from high quality materials and a fully equipped kitchen with modern built-in appliances. Plenty of storage space, built-in wardrobes or practical folding beds combined with a sofa guarantee efficient use of space and a high standard. Large sliding windows, air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure maximum living comfort.
What kind of apartments do we offer?
We rent fully furnished apartments in sizes 1+kk (studio) and 2+kk (two rooms with a kitchenette) with an area from 29 m² to 66 m².
Studio apartment
Our studio apartment has a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony or front garden. Thanks to the multifunctional furniture, these apartments make perfect use of space.
During the day you have a large, open-plan living room with a kitchen, and in the evening you can simply convert the space into a bedroom with a comfortable folding bed.
Our studio apartments are ideal for rent if you don’t need too much space, but still want a comfortable and modern place to live in the center of Prague. That is why they are very popular among students or employees.
1 bedroom apartment
These two-room apartments have a living room connected to a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate bedroom and a balcony or front garden. The comfortable sofa in the living room can be easily folded out to accommodate your guests.
The dining table and kitchen with island and bar are also designed to allow up to four people to spend time in the apartment. It’s perfect to rent for those of you who need more space or for couples.
